We actually do not! Not for lack of trying, trust me. :) All bread products are artisan bread meaning regular yeast bread whereas sourdough is fermented flour with water. 

That's a good question! You will find that the ingredients on our soap are written with their scientific names. The soap base we use is purchased already with the lye broken down. The reason for this is that lye can be dangerous to break down, especially if you do not have a well ventilated space. At this time, we feel it would be safer to spend more on pre-formulated soap base than expose our fur babies in our home and ourselves to the fumes. Once this is melted down at the Homestead, we add essential oils (or none in the case of the unscented soap).

If you would like a broken down explanation to each ingredient because they are listed in their scientific term (i.e. sorbitol- crystalline compound found in some fruit), please send us a message and we can go through it with you, no questions asked. :)

Our Homestead itself is located in St. Cloud, MN, although we are featured in shops in Sartell, Cold Spring, and St. Cloud. See Other Shop Locations on the main page for these select locations. We are so glad you are wondering! Our candle base is made up of all-natural soy wax, lead and zinc free cotton wick, and fragrances that contain essential oils and extracts. None of our products contain organ toxins, acute toxins, carcinogens, mutagenics, reprotoxins, phthalates, and California Prop 65 compliant as well as vegan and cruelty-free. This makes our candles safe to burn around your family as well as your pets who are more sensitive.
